Financial Services Foundation
My systems thinking started in an unexpected place: the mortgage industry during one of its most volatile periods. I worked in financial services for 9 years, including time at Lehman Brothers during the pre-financial crisis era. While others saw chaos, I saw patterns. Systematic approaches to relationship management, data analysis, and process optimization could create competitive advantages even in turbulent markets.
The Digital Pivot
As the financial world was rebuilding, I saw an opportunity in the emerging digital landscape. Mobile technology was exploding, social media was becoming mainstream, and businesses were struggling to adapt. I didn't just want to help them catch up — I wanted to help them get ahead.
Digital Pioneer Era
While others were still figuring out social media, I was pioneering QR code marketing campaigns and building mobile-first strategies. This wasn't about being lucky with timing — it was about understanding systems and recognizing patterns before they became obvious to everyone else.
Awesome Digital Marketing Launch
Founded Awesome Digital Marketing with a clear mission: help businesses implement systematic approaches to growth that could scale and adapt as technology evolved. The focus wasn't just on tactics, but on building frameworks that would remain effective regardless of platform changes or algorithm updates.
MasterMindBetter Launch
Launched MasterMindBetter.com, applying systematic thinking to peer learning and accountability. This wasn't just another networking platform — it was structured mastermind methodology designed for measurable growth outcomes.
Tech Innovation & Capital Raising
Built Mastermind Manager, an all-in-one video conferencing and goal tracking app for mastermind groups. Raised capital and rebranded as Nucleus, expanding features to include white-label solutions and enterprise integrations. This is where I learned startups from every angle — product development, fundraising, team building, and scaling.
AI Revolution & Strategic Partnerships
When ChatGPT launched, I wasn't scrambling to figure out AI. I had been experimenting with machine learning tools, automation platforms, and data-driven systems for years. Partnered with a talented engineer to build AchieveUp, a mobile app connecting people with mastermind groups. While the product didn't scale, it reinforced the value of strategic partnerships and rapid iteration. The AI boom was simply the next logical evolution of the systematic approach I'd been developing.
QNTx Labs Innovation
Created QNTx Labs as an R&D lab for next-generation marketing systems. Drawing from years of startup experience to build systems that amplify human intelligence. Started building SYNTAX AI, a marketing intelligence system that wires 33 proven methodologies into a diagnostic routing engine. This is where the future gets built.
Web3 & AI-Powered Marketing
Took on fractional CMO roles for web3 infrastructure companies, building full marketing systems for crypto legal entities, decentralized incentive platforms, and tokenized organizations. Built everything with Claude Code: brand positioning, demand generation, CRM pipelines, email automation, SEO infrastructure, and AI visibility optimization.
