I do not sell a mystery package. The first step is a focused diagnostic conversation. After that, the scope depends on the problem, the team, and whether I am the right person to help.
TL;DR: How should you think about pricing?
The strategy session is the entry point. Larger work is scoped only after the diagnosis is clear, because an attribution fix, an AI content system, and fractional CMO leadership are different jobs. If the useful answer is a small fix or a referral, I will say that before inventing a bigger engagement.

If the decision is already made and you just need someone to execute tickets, a specialist may be faster.
